Wags Rescue & Referral is a small group of volunteers from Bucks County, Philadelphia and Montgomery County, PA that started because they wanted to help dogs affected by Hurricane Katrina by placing them in loving and safe homes. Animals Are Our Mission. We focus on making the maximum positive effect on animals, both locally and internationally. Our members and volunteers provide the momentum we need.
