When you crank the engine with bleeder screw out, fuel should shoot out. A dribble is nothing. You probably have a blockage somewhere. Crack open the line from the filters at the injection pump. You should get a good gravity flow of fuel there unless your tractor has a lift pump.

My 3000 tach hasn't worked since I have owned it. Well one time it worked then it plainly stopped. I unhooked the tach cable from the generator and turned it with my fingers, the tach began to go up. This may save someone from having to split their tractor to fix it. Tie the clutch pedal in the full down position and leave it tied down throughout the process.

Take an old spark plug and open the gap to 1/4". Then hook it to a spark plug wire to it and ground the plug body to the engine. Turn the engine over and look at your spark. You should see a bright, bluish- white spark that will easily jump the 1/4" gap. Weak, short or yellowish/reddish spark will NOT do.

When I press the pedal about 1" or 2" from the floor I can change the gears (with pto running). The pto stops with the pedal all the way to the floor as normal and I can change gears.
