If you are still stuck at seren try switching your gear over to void mage. I tried countless times with ahrims and couldnt beat it. I gave in and got void mage with that 45% accuracy boost and it let me beat it first try at 83 mage. For food I used pineapple pizzas & I didnt bother with a range switch, just keep using blood blitz for the heals.
