Power everything back on working “from the wall out” towards your Plex server. Lastly, power on the Plex server, give it a couple of minutes to boot, then test remote access.

It definitely shouldn't shut off on its own though, is it that the remote access page turn off your remote capabilities, or that something else changed and now remote access is gone.
