A 20% speed boost would put you leaps and bounds ahead of people who don't have the opportunity to imprint (let alone breed), and you can forget about wild dinos. I very much like the v2 flyer rebalance.

PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoTamed_Affinity[#] is the last adjustment, and despite using the word Affinity (normally associated with imprinting) it's referring to Efficiency, and how much of the Multiplier bonus is awarded to certain stats.
