For some reason there isn't mant flat spots on this map.Google says 23.0 69.7. If that's wrong, fly to the top of the mountain closest to the lake I just described and look towards the snow biome. There is a section of forest just before that, with an empty hole in the middle. Fly towards it and you'll see the lake in the middle.
