Serves as the main data drive in most computers. Used in the quests: Wet Job - Part 5 from Peacekeeper Top Secret from Skier Surveillance from Mechanic.
Found like 10 on reserve gave the other 5 to other player scavs. The flash drives I’ve found were in safes, one at the woods tent, and the two you get from Evil Watchmen. My strategy was scav on nighttime shoreline and hit the 5 safes (two at unlocked cottage, 2 at pier, 1 at weather station).In my experience it's unlooted about every third time. I have found like 10 in stashes & duffle bags. I have this one route where I hit 10 stashes, 2 duffle bags, then extract.
